Cancellation Policy

HR Consultant Packages Booking Policies 1. Consultation Sessions: a. All bookings for HR consultant sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. b. Sessions can be scheduled online via our booking portal or by contacting our office directly. 2. Payment and Fees: a. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. b. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the session cost. c. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment. 4. Consultation Content and Limitations: a. All advice, mentorship, and coaching provided during sessions are based on the personal experience of the consultant. b. Our services should not be considered as legal advice. c. Any subject matter that involves legal considerations should be discussed with a qualified attorney. 5. Confidentiality: a. All discussions during the consultation are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. 6. Feedback and Follow-Up: a. We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience after completion of your session. b. Follow-up sessions can be arranged to evaluate and review the progress or address additional concerns.
